Yupi – The Trace Left in Fiber
Named after the Quechua word yupi, meaning rastro, huella, this throw honors the subtle marks we leave and the ones we carry. Hand-spun and woven on a traditional loom in the Dry Forest of Northern Argentina, Yupi is crafted from 100% natural sheep wool—soft, warm, and beautifully resilient.
Its honey sienna tone reveals the gentle variations of naturally dyed wool, an honest expression of the fiber itself. Generous in size and comforting in weight, it adapts easily—draped over a chair, at the foot of a bed, or wrapped around the shoulders.
Inspired by Yupiyquit saqenqui—“you leave your trace”—Yupi invites a slower rhythm, a quiet presence, and the beauty of what endures.
