As such, slight variations in color, weave, texture, or size (up to three inches) are not considered defects, but rather part of their artisanal charm. Custom Rugs
Custom rugs are final sale (no cancellations, returns, or exchanges), except in the case of transit damage or order error.
Ready to Ship Rugs
You may return or exchange a ready-to-ship rug within 7 days of delivery.
Rugs must be unused, in original condition and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, who is responsible for the parcel until received; we recommend a trackable, insured service.
If an item arrives damaged in transit or an incorrect item is sent, we will arrange a replacement or refund after review. To start a return or exchange, email contact@amainastudio.com with your order number.
Archive Sale Items
Archive policies vary by item.
Rugs are eligible for a 7-day exchange only (no refunds) and must be returned in original condition, rolled in their original packaging. Throws allow a 14-day exchange or store credit (no refunds) in original condition. Cushions allow a 14-day refund or exchange in original condition with tags attached. For all Archive items, return shipping is paid by the customer; please use a trackable, insured service. If an item arrives damaged in transit or is sent in error, we will arrange a replacement or refund after review. To begin, email contact@amainastudio.com with your order number.

All orders ship from Houston, TX.
Dispatch: 1–2 business days
Delivery: Typically 3–7 business days within the U.S.
We offer free shipping on all purchases over $300.
Return shipping for non-defective items, when allowed, is paid by the customer, who is responsible for the parcel until received; we recommend a trackable, insured service.
Refund & Timing
Where eligible, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Use & Liability
Amaina Studio is not responsible for injuries, damage, or loss resulting from the improper use, installation, placement, or care of our rugs or textiles. Customers are responsible for ensuring that rugs and textile pieces are suitable for their intended environment, including avoiding tripping hazards, securing rugs with appropriate pads when needed, and following all care instructions provided.
